Warehouse Cinemas may allow you – but only through express written permission or via Warehouse Cinemas-provided functionality on the Website – to engage in certain personal uses of WC Content that include the ability to share WC Content with others (" Social Distribution "). For example, the Website may allow you to send WC Content to friends or post WC Content on a third party website. You agree to make no claims, promises, or statements on behalf of Warehouse Cinemas. REFUND POLICY 

Refunds and exchanges are offered in certain limited circumstances described below. Before purchasing, we urge you to confirm the film title, date, time, and quantity of tickets for your desired showing.

You may receive refunds (in person only) for tickets no less than 30 minutes before the purchased showtime. Refunds must be processed to the same payment card used for purchase and can take up to 5 business days for funds to return to the account. There are no refunds or exchanges after the purchased showtime.

Waiver and Severability
