ADMITTANCE POLICY & Code of Conduct
Ratings Policy:
- For films rated “R” by the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA):
- Guests Ages 0-5 : Not permitted to attend R-rated features.
- Guests Ages 6-16 (and 17 without valid proof of age): May purchase one ticket and attend an R-rated feature only if accompanied by an adult age 21 or older who is present for the same showing.
- Guests Age 17 (with valid proof of age): May purchase one ticket and attend an R-rated feature unaccompanied by an adult.
- Guests Age 18+ (with valid proof of age): May purchase multiple tickets and attend an R-rated feature.
- There is no age restrictions for films rated G, PG, or PG-13.
Ticketing and Seating:
- Pricing: Child, senior, and military ticket types are offered at rates different from standard adult admission. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice and may vary by showtime, format, or special engagement. Ticket type availability may vary by performance, feature, or special event.
- Children under age 2 are admitted free of charge, but must remain seated on an adult’s lap.
- Child tickets are valid for guests ages 2 through 11.
- Senior tickets are valid for guests 60 years of age or older.
- Military tickets are available to active duty and retired military personnel with valid government issues identification proving military personnel status.
Safety, Security, and Prohibited Items:
- Surveillance cameras may be used for the safety of guests and staff.
- In the event of an emergency, please follow staff instructions immediately.
- Backpacks/Packages/Bags: All guest belongings, including backpacks, packages and a variety of large bags, are subject to search upon entry.
- Skateboards, Hoverboards, and Similar Devices: Skateboards, Hoverboards, Scooters, Bikes, and similar devices are not permitted on theater property. These items present safety hazards to our guests and staff. Staff will not store or hold these items for guests and guests will be asked to remove them from the property entirely.
- Outside food or beverage is not permitted.
- Weapons or objects that resemble weapons are not permitted on theater property.
- Laser pointers, balloons, confetti or loud devices are not permitted on theater property.
Lost and Found:
- · Warehouse Cinemas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or recovered personal items. Before leaving the theater please check around your seat for personal belongings. Staff members will be available to assist with lost and found inquiries when needed.
Warehouse Cinemas reserves the right to modify its admission policies at any time to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.
Film Theft:
- The use of recording devices (including cameras, video recorders, sound recorders, and similar devices) is strictly prohibited within all Warehouse Cinemas auditoriums.
No Solicitation:
- Soliciting or loitering on Warehouse Cinemas property is prohibited.
Smoking or Vaping:
- Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the establishment. The use of tobacco products, including smoking, smokeless & e-cigarettes, vapes is permitted only in designated areas on theater property.
Dress Code
- All guests must be fully clothed and wearing appropriate attire while on theater property.
- Apparel or accessories with obscene or offensive language or imagery that may cause disturbance or discomfort to others (in our sole discretion) are not permitted.
- Masks, hoods, or full face coverings are prohibited, except when required for verified medical or religious purposes.
- Costume props or accessories that resemble weapons are strictly forbidden.
- Guests whose attire violates this policy may be asked to modify their clothing or leave the premises without refund.
